1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers may bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with proof (images/video)
